Questions operators ask
The honest answers, before you sign up.
Do I pay commission on cash bookings?
Never. The 7% only applies to card payments processed through Stripe. Cash stays between you and the customer.
What if a customer disputes a charge?
Most chargebacks are no-shows. Card-guarantee mode prevents them: the customer leaves a card, pays cash on arrival, and is only charged if they do not show up. For real Stripe disputes we auto-attach the booking, consent text and scan timestamp as evidence. You do not file paperwork.
Do I need to verify my identity to start?
No. The Free plan runs on cash bookings only and needs nothing more than an email. Identity verification only happens when you decide to accept card payments, because Stripe requires it.
Can I change plans whenever?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time, prorated to the day. No contracts, no setup fees, no cancellation fees.
What currency are prices in?
Plans are listed in USD. You set your bookings in any currency. Stripe settles to your bank in your local currency.
What happens if I go over the plan limits?
We notify you well before. Bookings never fail at checkout. You decide whether to upgrade or pause new listings.
Does heycupo brand the booking page?
A small credit on Free and Pro. Fleet removes it entirely and supports a custom domain.
